river view cleaning service good variety

The river views were awesome. The cleaning service came daily. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety.

Decent Location. Noise Issues

kitchen smell light intrusion

The room was close to the restaurant. The noise and smells from the kitchen entered our room. This. I was surprised by this. Shutters also let in light making it very difficult to sleep properly.

riverfront stay

fantastic location warm staff friendly staff comfortable apartment

the location was fantastic. i could easily explore ribeira, baxia & vila nova de gaia from there. the staff was warm, friendly, and helpful, i loved that! the apartment was lovely, with lots of space, and very comfortable.

the public parking was a few blocks away. this made it a 5 minute walk. i did not like it.

the front desk provided wonderful, detailed tips on places to go and see in the area. the young lady at reception provided a map and gave great recommendations for touring. she even explained where to find elevators to reach the higher parts of the city.

riverside location lovely terrace helpful staff

the location was excellent , directly overlooking the river. i particularly appreciated the terrace available during breakfast. staff members were always ready to help with any requests.

the public parking was a short walk away , maybe five minutes.

the hotel sits in a superb position, right on the riverfront. the main tourist attractions are easily accessible FROM this location. the lively atmosphere is balanced by quiet mornings and evenings.
